Martinsried, March 7, 2007 – SHS VIVEON AG has acquired KSV as new
customer. The order includes developing several debt collection scoring
tables in order to optimize the debt collection process in a
customer-oriented manner.
CEO Dirk Roesing is very pleased with the new order from the company’s
strategic alliance partner: 'KSV is a top-name reference customer and will
allow us to further expand our position on the Austrian market. We started
our sales activities in Austria last year, and these will bear additional
fruit in the near future.'
KSV is one of the most important service providers for receivables and debt
collection management in Austria. In order to constantly improve KSV’s
collection services for its customers and make optimum use of its existing
resources, SHS VIVEON AG will develop several scoring tables for optimized
customer risk analysis. This will allow the company to once again prove its
best-of-breed expertise for customer risk management.
The aim is to evaluate the receivables KSV takes over from its clients in
an analytical forecasting and point valuation process to allow a further
increase in the target and performance-oriented processing of debt
collections. KSV can thus offer its customers a further increase in quality
for rapid, efficient processing of receivables defaults for private and
commercial customers.
'We wanted to further optimize our debt collection management workflows in
order to be able to constantly improve our services for our customers as
Austria’s leading creditor protection organization,' explains KSV's
managing director Johannes Nejedlik. 'SHS VIVEON’s tried-and-trusted
solutions and proven expertise mean that it is the only company that can
provide us with end-to-end support in this regard.'
