SHS VIVEON AG announces changes in the Board of Directors

Martinsried, May 15, 2009 - SHS VIVEON AG, Europe's leading supplier of
customer management solutions, announces changes in the Board of Directors.
CEO Dirk Roesing will change to the Supervisory Board of SHS VIVEON AG as
of October 1, 2009. Provided that he is elected, he will take the chair in
the Supervisory Board. Dirk Roesing chairs the Board of Directors of SHS
VIVEON AG since January 1, 2003 and has substantially promoted the
restructuring and realignment of the company. With today's announced sale
of the Spanish subsidiary SHS Polar this process is completed. Therefore
Dirk Roesing will now withdraw from the operational day-to-day business. As
one of the major shareholders of SHS VIVEON AG he will actively follow the
further development of the company in his position as chairman of the
Supervisory Board. The election of Dirk Roesing to become a member of the
Supervisory Board is planned to take place in the annual shareholder
meeting on June 23, 2009.
Furthermore, the Chief Financial Officer of SHS VIVEON AG, Wolfgang Brand,
will leave the company on his own wish in order to turn to new career
challenges outside SHS VIVEON Group on June 30, 2009. Wolfgang Brand in his
more than six years successful career at SHS VIVEON AG has made a
substantial contribution to the execution of the financial restructuring
and has played an active role in the strategic realignment of the company.
After the successful completion of the recapitalisation of the company in
the past months he will now present the financials 2008 in the annual
shareholder meeting and after that exit the Board of Directors. Mr. Brand
will stay associated with the company as a shareholder after his exit and
will act as an advisor.
The supervisory board thanks Dirk Roesing and Wolfgang Brand for their
extraordinary engagement and the outstanding work delivered in the past
years.
With the exit of Dirk Roesing, Stefan Gilmozzi will take over the lead of
SHS VIVEON AG as of October 1, 2009. Since October 1, 2006 he as a member
of the Board of Directors is in charge of the very successful international
consulting unit which represents the biggest business area of SHS VIVEON
Group.
The changes in the Board of Directors are carried out in the best
consensual matter and guarantee a controlled hand over of responsibilities
as well as the continuity in the management.
