First international customer of new GUARDEAN 5 platform

Capital One de Bankinter, a Spanish subsidiary company of the leading US
financial services company Capital One and the Spanish credit institution
Bankinter, chooses the SHS VIVEON's GUARDEAN solution for customer risk
management. The extensive solution optimizes the application and valuation
process for new and existing credit card customers and automates the
complete credit card issuing process by joining forces with Lombardi's
business process application Teamworks®. By adding Capital One de Bankinter
SHS VIVEON extends its international customer base.
Capital One de Bankinter will immediately employ the GUARDEAN solution of
SHS VIVEON in combination with Lombardi's business process application
Teamworks®. The Spanish bank benefits from the dedicated collaboration of
two product providers. Consequently, a unique platform emerges that adapts
to specific customer process requirements and features a high scalability
and flexibility. The solution enables the automation of the full credit
card issuing process of Capital One de Bankinter. GUARDEAN provides an
innovative platform for Capital One and will facilitate the successful
implementation of prospective business strategies, as for instance the
launch of new financial products.
According to Capital One the decisive factors for choosing SHS VIVEON were
its longtime experience in customer risk management as well as its
international orientation. Hence, the Madrid-based subsidiary SHS Polar,
will be responsible for the project management and the complete
implementation of the solution.
