SHS VIVEON AG:New customer Quelle La Source SA expands SHS VIVEON’s presence on the European customer management market

Martinsried (by Munich), April 17th, 2008 – SHS VIVEON, a solution provider
for end-to-end customer management, has acquired the French company Quelle
La Source SA as a new customer. This mail order company, which ranks among
France's largest, is working together with SHS VIVEON to optimize the
efficient use of all relevant customer contact channels for marketing. The
addition of Quelle La Source SA means that SHS VIVEON is now supporting
customer projects in 16 European countries.
The French mail order company Quelle La Source SA has engaged SHS VIVEON to
develop opportunities to optimize business processes for Customer
Relationship Management and to subsequently implement these. The customer
project aims to both improve customer acquisition and activation as well as
to increase profitability in the respective processes. The Aurelius
subsidiary offers more than 40,000 products and recorded revenues of around
EUR 260 million in fiscal year 2007, making it one of the largest mail
order companies in France.

the second well-known company on the French market to join our customers,'
