Martinsried, July 9, 2007 – SHS VIVEON AG's Board of Directors today
resolved to start a share buyback program. The company is thus using the
authorization issued by the Ordinary General Meeting on June 20, 2007 to
acquire own shares. The company plans to acquire up to 3.51% of its share
capital or up to 500,000 own shares from July 9, 2007 to December 31, 2007.
Close Brothers Seydler AG has been engaged to execute the share buyback.
The bank will take its own decisions on when to buy back the shares. Close
Brothers Seydler AG will ensure that the share buyback will not cause any
market disruptions.
On the stock exchange, the purchase price of the share buyback will be
geared to the average price of SHS VIVEON shares in the XETRA trading
system. The purchase price may not be more than 10% higher or lower than
the average price on the five trading days preceding the respective buying
of shares.

The shares will be used for the purposes designated by the resolution of
the General Meeting. Trading in own shares is excluded. Part of the
proceeds from the sale of the Mobile Marketing Platform, which was sold as
of April 1, 2007, will be used to finance the share buyback program.
