German wide roll-out of DebiTEXTM software solution for optimisation of
customer management

Martinsried, August 29, 2006 – One of the leading companies for
construction material has decided to implement the SHS VIVEON product
DebiTEXTM for the early recognition of customer risks. Raab Karcher
Baustoffe belongs to the Saint-Gobain group – worldwide one of the largest
industrials with its 180.000 employees in 49 countries.

'The new customer Raab Karcher also reflects our successful M&A strategy,
as DebiTEXTM is a powerful product of our recently acquired subsidiary SHS
Systech”, explains Dirk Roesing, CEO of SHS VIVEON. Dr. Markus Riess, Head
of Service/Consult at Raab Karcher Baustoffe GmbH is convinced of the
decision: “The product DebiTEXTM not only guarantees an efficient display
of our credit management processes, but also provides the basis for
effective risk management through continuous monitoring of the customers´
credit worthiness.”
By implementing DebiTEXTM, Raab Karcher optimises its accounts receivables
and limit management. The new software combines internal information on
credit worthiness of existing customers with external data of credit
agencies and payment datapools. The outcome is a company wide, consistent
and daily updated information base to systematically improve the credit
risk management of Raab Karcher and consequently minimises the risk of bad
debts. A smooth integration into existing workflows at Raab Karcher speeds
up credit allowance decisions and enables an efficient credit risk
management. Since the German wide roll-out, over 400 users of the sales and
credit management departments of the Raab Karcher offices benefit of the
SHS VIVEON solution.

Martinsried-based SHS VIVEON AG (former SHS Informationssysteme AG) is
