SHS VIVEON AG appoints new member of the board of directors

At yesterday’s supervisory board meeting,Mr. Stefan Gilmozzi (41) was appointed as a new member of the board ofdirectors of SHS VIVEON AG. As founder and CEO of the subsidiary VIVEON AG,Mr. Gilmozzi has many years of expertise in Customer RelationshipManagement and extensive entrepreneurial experience. Before founding VIVEONAG in the year 2000, the business economist was responsible for thedevelopment and management of the Customer Relationship Management & DataWarehousing division at CSC Ploenzke AG. In the board of directors of SHSVIVEON AG, Stefan Gilmozzi will lead the Consulting division, whichcontributes almost half to the group output of SHS VIVEON AG. Additionally,in cooperation with the other members of the board of directors, Mr.Gilmozzi will press ahead the group-wide integration of the singlesubsidiaries and the restructuring of the processes. It is planned tocomplete the largest part of these integration measures by the end of thisyear.
