SHS VIVEON acquires buch.de as new customer

Martinsried (Munich), November 25th, 2008 – SHS VIVEON, a solution provider
for end-toend customer management, will provide consulting services for
buch.de. The online book retailer has engaged SHS VIVEON to design an
end-to-end customer management solution. In future, buch.de will use the
solution to analyze existing marketing campaigns and to flexibly plan,
implement and further develop future campaigns.

buch.de internetstores AG has commissioned the business and IT consulting
company SHS VIVEON to develop an end-to-end analytical customer management
platform. In the first stage,fitting solutions for the data warehouse, data
mining, campaign management and reporting components will be evaluated.
When these components are implemented in a second stage they will be fused
to form a tailor-made solution.
