With the registrationin the Commercial Registry on August 3rd, 2006 the company now operatesunder the name SHS VIVEON AG. With this, the integration of the acquiredsubsidiaries, which is running at full steam, also becomes visible for theoutside. As of now, the solution, product and consulting competencies inthe field of customer risk and customer value management will be bundledunder the parent company SHS VIVEON AG. “The integration of each singlesubsidiary is the logical consequence of the take-overs. Herewith we canadvise our customers from one source throughout the entire value chain.Further, we are creating the base for the realization of inter-companysynergies”, explains CEO Dirk Roesing the latest actions. “Our futurecompany structure is adapted to market requirements. Thereby, we can evenbetter deliver outstanding product and consulting services in the area ofcustomer management.”Part of the integration measures is also the rebranding of the entirecompany group. In future, besides a new company appearance and new companylogo, the products will be marketed under a unified umbrella brand name. Atthe same time the processes and responsibilities within the group will beredefined and decision processes will be shortened. The brand change of theexisting subsidiaries, expected in the coming weeks, supports a unifiedappearance towards the customers. The management has estimated approx. 0.2mill € for the integration measures, which should be successfully completedby the end of the year.
