Ralph Schuler has 30 years of international experience in areas such as sales of complex business and IT solutions, growth-oriented corporate development and managing large, international professional services departments. As CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of SHS Viveon, he is responsible for the company’s overall strategy as well as sales credit management, customer growth & success, marketing, finance and central services.

Before joining SHS Viveon, he was responsible for global operations and strategy at Mapp Digital, a leading global provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) customer experience solutions.

Before this he spent several years at IBM as Country and Regional General Manager and Senior Vice President of the overall CRM business in the EMEA region. Before IBM, Ralph Schuler was a Senior Partner at the international firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting for a longer period.
Eva Sophie Wiesmüller Member of the Management Board Chief Technology and Product Officer

As Chief Technology Officer and member of the management board, Eva Sophie Wiesmüller and her R&D and product teams turn our vision of the financial sector’s digital transformation into bits & bytes. As a cloud and payment applications as well as an agile, customer-centric development expert, she has held various management positions since 2000. As CTO and member of the management board, General Manager, Group VP Development / Product Management as well as Interim Manager, she significantly shaped the successful development and transformation of various technology companies.

Under her leadership, Winter AG (now Exceet Card) transitioned from a traditional product company into an innovative, agile software solution provider for the IT access, finance and e-health sector. In 2004, the company received a European business award recognizing it as a “mobile payment pioneer”.

As Managing Director at Swisspost Solutions, Ms. Wiesmüller initiated and headed the restructuring and realignment of the card division as well as introducing new technologies and portfolio segments.
Before joining SHS Viveon, she assisted various companies as Interim Manager with their successful digital transformation: this included the development and market launch of a 2-factor authentication for secure cloud applications, the creation of a cloud infrastructure for a medium-sized production company and the agile development of a payment app.

She is a recognized technology expert at the EU Commission, as well as a member of both the Munich Circle and the Economic Advisory Council of the Union.
Dr. Jörg Seelmann-Eggebert Member of the Management Board Chief Solution Architect and Sales Risk Solutions

Dr. Jörg Seelmann-Eggebert is one of the pioneers of financial sector digitization in Germany and has contributed to the development of SHS Viveon since 2000. He has been a member of the SHS Viveon AG management board since April 2012 and is responsible for the sales of our financial risk management solutions and their strategic market orientation.

The PhD graduate in computer science started his career at SHS Viveon as head of numerous IT projects in the telecommunications industry. He later became Business Unit Manager and headed the development of our risk management solution from the very start. In 2012 he was appointed member of the management board.

Before joining SHS Viveon, Dr. Seelmann-Eggebert spent five years with a leading electronics company as chief architect responsible for the design and development of software applications.
Karin Schuler Vice President Controlling, Investor Relations, M&A

Karin Schuler gets to the heart of the matter. Not only as a person, but above all in her responsibility as Vice President Controlling, Investor Relations, M&A, she ensures that our company is future-oriented, lean and efficient. Her meticulous analysis creates sustainable value for our customers, partners, investors and employees.

Operational excellence is her mantra and goal at SHS Viveon. She has acquired the relevant skills in leading positions at national and international financial institutions (e.g. BNP Paribas, Dresdner Bank) and service providers over the past few years. Her career as an auditor/analyst in the areas of finance as well as corporate and investment banking has given her detailed knowledge of the needs of both investors and companies and she does an eloquent and professional job of bringing them together.

As Chief Financial Officer of an art foundation, she is actively involved in the promotion of art and culture.
Rolf Anweiler Vice President Marketing and Partnerships

Rolf Anweiler has been successfully marketing and selling B2B cloud software for more than 20 years – in a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to multibillion dollar IT groups. At SHS Viveon he is responsible for all marketing activities and management of our global partnerships. He has made it his mission to acquire new customers, to continue developing SHS Viveon as a brand and to leverage valuable partnerships to maximize the benefits of our solutions for our customers.

He started his career in 1999 as a “startup kid” during the height of the New Economy in Germany at the still unknown Startup eCircle. In the following years he helped, in various management positions, to transform the four-man start-up into Europe’s leading marketing technology company with over 350 employees, before it was sold to Teradata (NYSE:TDC) in 2012. After that Rolf Anweiler was responsible at Teradata for commercializing the marketing cloud business in Europe and Asia.

In 2016, he moved to the software company Mapp Digital as Senior Vice President Marketing before joining SHS Viveon after a stopover at the Swiss device management provider Filewave.
Dirk Findeisen Vice President Customer Growth and Success / Professional Services

Dirk Findeisen lives and breathes customer focus and service. For over 20 years, he has been helping SMEs and major international Fortune 500 customers alike maximize their benefits from software solutions in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC) and performance-oriented corporate management (CPM). He brings his technology, process and consulting expertise – especially in regulated industries – to his position as Vice President Customer Growth and Success at SHS Viveon in order to provide our customers with a long-term strategic competitive advantage.

Before joining SHS Viveon, Dirk Findeisen was Managing Director Professional Services and member of the management board at TONBELLER AG. After the takeover by FICO, he was responsible for the compliance and consulting division as Senior Director Professional Services, where he was promoted to global Vice President Solution Consulting.

In previous management positions, Findeisen was also Head of Sales at Cubeware, a leading provider of BI software, as well as Vice President Alliance and Partner Management at the MIS Group.

Findeisen is the author of numerous specialist articles, white papers and books and is a sought-after speaker/lecturer at specialist events for compliance management and fraud prevention (among others: the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management).
Michael Wiedmaier Vice President Customer Growth and Success / Risk Solutions

Michael Wiedmaier knows the customer requirements in financial risk management like few others in Germany. He has been working for SHS Viveon in various positions for over 15 years now, with a constant focus on risk management, payment processes as well as compliance and fraud. Today he brings this experience to his current position as Vice President Customer Growth and Success of our risk management customers.
His mission is to make our customers from a wide range of industries such as banking, financial services, e-commerce, telco & media or utility companies successful thanks to customized solutions and consulting.

Before his appointment to the senior management team, Michael Wiedmaier was Managing Director Risk Solutions and responsible for the department’s entire customer and project management.

Previous positions have included Project Manager for complex integration projects of major customers at SHS Viveon and Director Risk Solutions, as well as Senior Consultant for Key Accounts at one of the largest German payment solution providers.
