Ralph Schuler has 30 years of international experience in areas such as sales of complex business and IT solutions, growth-oriented corporate development and managing large, international professional services departments. As CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of SHS Viveon, he is responsible for the company’s overall strategy as well as sales credit management, customer growth & success, marketing, finance and central services.

Before joining SHS Viveon, he was responsible for global operations and strategy at Mapp Digital, a leading global provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) customer experience solutions.

Before this he spent several years at IBM as Country and Regional General Manager and Senior Vice President of the overall CRM business in the EMEA region. Before IBM, Ralph Schuler was a Senior Partner at the international firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting for a longer period.
Ingo-Stefan Schilling Member of the Management Board Chief Product Officer / Chief Technology Officer

Ingo-Stefan Schilling strengthens SHS Viveon with the help of his sound technological basis as Chief Product Officer / Chief Technology Officer since March 2021. With his broad knowledge portfolio of about 23 years in internet and about 32 years in software development with experiences in international environments and positions, he is a member of the Executive Board since June 01, 2021.

He started his career with software development at the age of ten and sold his first enterprise software at the age of twelve to a small car dealer with two store locations.

Prior to joining SHS Viveon, he worked on several small to large software development projects including enterprise R&D, CRM, EAI, and process and quality management projects. His roles ranged from consulting to (interim) manager / CTO / CIO. Mr. Schilling was also involved in the development of the EU GDPR as well as several GDPR compliance projects. Today, he is co-founder and C-(E-/I-)O of Blockchain Powered Solutions GmbH and in the same capacity co-founder at IoDPR and INF.

Horst Brand is a high-tech executive with over 25 years global business experience. Prior to his engagement with SHS Viveon as Chief Sales Officer, he has held several international Board, Executive Sales and General Management leadership roles driving growth, profitability and competitiveness in digital transformation business across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
He has grown and transformed B2B engagements both in lean / autonomous companies, in companies under private equity control, in joint ventures as well as large enterprise setups.

His mission at SHS Viveon is to ensure constantly increasing value of our solutions to our customers and lead our international expansion.

Horst holds a master in engineering and continuously expanded his knowledge through executive trainings at Duke (USA) and St. Gallen (Switzerland) university.
Karin Schuler Vice President Controlling, Investor Relations, M&A

Karin Schuler gets to the heart of the matter. Not only as a person, but above all in her responsibility as Vice President Controlling, Investor Relations, M&A, she ensures that our company is future-oriented, lean and efficient. Her meticulous analysis creates sustainable value for our customers, partners, investors and employees.

Operational excellence is her mantra and goal at SHS Viveon. She has acquired the relevant skills in leading positions at national and international financial institutions (e.g. BNP Paribas, Dresdner Bank) and service providers over the past few years. Her career as an auditor/analyst in the areas of finance as well as corporate and investment banking has given her detailed knowledge of the needs of both investors and companies and she does an eloquent and professional job of bringing them together.

As Chief Financial Officer of an art foundation, she is actively involved in the promotion of art and culture.
Rolf Anweiler Vice President Marketing and Partnerships

Rolf Anweiler has been successfully marketing and selling B2B cloud software for more than 20 years – in a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to multibillion dollar IT groups. At SHS Viveon he is responsible for all marketing activities and management of our global partnerships. He has made it his mission to acquire new customers, to continue developing SHS Viveon as a brand and to leverage valuable partnerships to maximize the benefits of our solutions for our customers.

He started his career in 1999 as a “startup kid” during the height of the New Economy in Germany at the still unknown Startup eCircle. In the following years he helped, in various management positions, to transform the four-man start-up into Europe’s leading marketing technology company with over 350 employees, before it was sold to Teradata (NYSE:TDC) in 2012. After that Rolf Anweiler was responsible at Teradata for commercializing the marketing cloud business in Europe and Asia.

In 2016, he moved to the software company Mapp Digital as Senior Vice President Marketing before joining SHS Viveon after a stopover at the Swiss device management provider Filewave.

Dr. Roland Meier has more than 20 years of international experience in IT Consulting. His focus has always been to implement and integrate existing systems seamlessly and efficiently with new solutions to create cross-application value for customers. He and his international teams implemented on-premises solutions as well as hybrid or cloud architectures and helped customers to migrate into cloud-based solutions.

As Vice President Professional Services and Customer Support he and his teams ensure the smooth implementation of SHS Viveon products for our customers and long-term, comprehensive product support.

Before joining SHS viveon, he held various Consulting and Management positions at OpenText, a world leader in Information Management, where as a Director Professional Services he was leading the Practice Architecture in Europe, Middle East and Africa during the last five years.
Michael Wiedmaier Vice President Customer Growth and Success / Risk Solutions

Michael Wiedmaier knows the customer requirements in financial risk management like few others in Germany. He has been working for SHS Viveon in various positions for over 15 years now, with a constant focus on risk management, payment processes as well as compliance and fraud. Today he brings this experience to his current position as Vice President Customer Growth and Success of our risk management customers.
His mission is to make our customers from a wide range of industries such as banking, financial services, e-commerce, telco & media or utility companies successful thanks to customized solutions and consulting.

Before his appointment to the senior management team, Michael Wiedmaier was Managing Director Risk Solutions and responsible for the department’s entire customer and project management.

Previous positions have included Project Manager for complex integration projects of major customers at SHS Viveon and Director Risk Solutions, as well as Senior Consultant for Key Accounts at one of the largest German payment solution providers.
