SHS VIVEON Group wins new key account Shell International
Munich, January 17, 2012 – SHS VIVEON AG, solution provider for complete customer management, and its subsidiary GUARDEAN GmbH are pleased to announce a major new international customer: Shell International B.V., one of the world’s leading energy firms. Shell is planning to implement a standardized credit management system worldwide and to introduce the credit management software GUARDEAN DebiTEX within a total of 24 countries in Europe and Asia.
So as to achieve greater risk transparency and to enable the implementation of globally uniform credit guidelines, Shell International has decided to adopt a standardized, automated credit management solution. GUARDEAN DebiTEX bundles all risk-related information from internal and external data sources, such as credit agencies for example, and uses this to derive an up-to-date credit rating index. As a part of this, the entire customer portfolio is analyzed on an ongoing basis and non-payment risks are recognized at an early stage. The business and IT consultancy firm SHS VIVEON has been entrusted with the customization of Shell International’s international credit management processes as well as the implementation and operation of DebiTEX in the in-house data processing service center.
Stefan Gilmozzi, CEO of SHS VIVEON AG, is delighted to have this new client on board: “We are proud to have expanded our customer base to include Shell, another Fortune 500 company. This demonstrates once again the potential of our credit management software when used globally and confirms our market-leading position and our competency at designing and implementing solutions in international credit management”.
