SHS VIVEON has just sealed a new partnership with German corporate competition organizer "Deutschlands Kundenchampions®" (Germany's Customer Champion). The extensive expertise of both partners will help companies review and optimize their customer relationship management systems. Moreover, as part of the competition, SHS VIVEON will award a special prize for the best company in the bank industry for the first time in 2012. The organizers of this renowned competition are the forum! Marktforschung GmbH in Mainz and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. (DGQ), Frankfurt on the Main. The competition is based on a multifaceted all-around customer relationship review that consists of a self-assessment, a customer survey, and an external assessment. Participants that achieve a pre-determined minimum point total throughout all assessment phases receive the "Deutschlands Kundenchampions® 2012" (Germany's Customer Champions) seal.
