Three paths – one goal: advancement
On the Business Consulting Path you advise, support and accompany our customers regarding the development and application of strategies, organisational structures, business and IT processes, technologies and methods. To this end you analyse situations, diagnose problems, recommend solutions, accompany their implementation, and structure processes.
On the Technology Consulting Path you develop and implement IT solutions in a customer-related context. This includes the analysis of application areas, the conception and design of solutions as well as their realisation, launch, maintenance and operation. All development activities follow defined processes. The solutions comprise everything from customizing standard application systems to the development of individual software and IT solutions.
On the Management Path your range of activities spans from functional tasks in technology or business consulting to personnel management and internal management tasks. Employees on the business and technology paths can switch to the management path by assuming personnel responsibility in the first step.
