Hitting the ground running
Our Start-Up Program for consultants offers the best preparation for our future employees. After several weeks of intensive training with personality trainers, project managers and executives you will be competent in the following areas:
- Consultant soft skills (presentation and moderation techniques, project management and team building basics)
- Technology (SQL, data modelling, databases, Oracle RDBMS)
- Methods (DWH/BI: modelling, ETL, OLAP, reporting)
- Software tools (e.g. Cognos, Microstrategy, etc.; certification possible)
